How long does delivery take?: Within Germany, we usually deliver within 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days.
What is the minimum order value for free shipping?: We offer free shipping for orders over €50 within Germany.
Can I track my order?: Yes! After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

How do exchanges work?

Simply contact our customer service, and we'll help you exchange for a different size or color.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

For standard returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs. For faulty goods, we will, of course, cover the costs.

How does the clothing fit?: Our shirts and hoodies are made with an oversized fit. We recommend using the size chart on the respective product page.
What does "Oversized Fit" mean?: Oversized means that the garment is deliberately cut wider and longer than a regular fit. For a more classic look, we recommend choosing one size smaller.

How do I wash my Urban Vibe products?: Please wash all products with similar colors inside out at a maximum of 30°C. Never iron the print or tumble dry.

What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all common payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sofortüberweisung.
Is my payment secure?: Yes, all payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections. Your data is safe with us.
